    1. Returns Eligibility

    Due to the nature of our products (large, heavy, and specialized machines), returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

    • The product is damaged during transit
    • The product is defective or not working as described
    • You received the wrong product

    To be eligible for a return:

    • The request must be made within 48 hours of delivery
    • The product must be in its original condition and packaging
    • Proof of issue (photos/videos) must be provided

    2. Non-Returnable Items

    We do not accept returns in the following cases:

    • Change of mind after purchase
    • Minor cosmetic issues that do not affect functionality
    • Improper handling or damage caused by the customer
    • Custom or made-to-order machines

    3. Refund Policy

    Once your return is approved and the product is inspected:

    • A full refund will be issued for damaged or defective products
    • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
    • The amount will be credited to the original payment method

    Shipping charges may be non-refundable unless the issue is from our side.

    4. Replacement Policy

    • We will cover shipping costs for approved replacements
